La Subbética National Park in the province of Córdoba. Fly into Malaga. Private house, pool, garden, communal living areas, kitchen.

Itinerary
Day 1
The Malaga Experience
- Travel Day
- Choose to rest or explore
- Explore at own pace
Book your own flights to Malaga.
Spend the day in Malaga exploring or lying on the beach. Take our private transfer to our beautiful 'cortijo' in the heart of La Subbética National Park
Feel at home in our beautiful private house, our beautiful base for the next 6 days.
Rest by the pool surrounded by hills and olive trees. Get to know your new GGI group of friends over vino and tapas.
Day 2
The Cortijo Experience

- Daytime Pool and Nature
- Evening Small Village Life
A restful morning, slow breakfast, coffee, walk around the gardens or a light hike.
Today we go easy and enjoy the house and the pool and each other's company. We will eat paella for lunch.
In the evening we go to Priego de Córdoba, a gorgeous little town surrounded by hilly olive fields with whitewashed streets, natural springs, Baroque architecture and flowers everywhere. Have a traditional dinner together in a local restaurant (optional).
Day 3
The Sevilla Experience

- Private Bus trip. 10k steps.
- Explore at own pace
Early start. Breakfast at the Cortijo.
We will take our private minibus to Sevilla where we will spend the day together.
Visit the Alcázar, la Giralda, the cathedral and meet up with some GGIs who call Sevilla home. You have lots of free time for shopping, markets, side quests and solo Sevilla adventures if you wish! (optional).
A relaxed evening back at the Cortijo, evening swims and shared meals.
Day 4
The Cordoba Experience

- Private Bus trip. 10k steps.
- Private Tour Guide
Early start. Breakfast at the Cortijo.
We will take our private minibus to Cordoba.
Meet our guide for the day Ana who was born and raised in the city.
We start by crossing the Game of Thrones bridge then Ana will take us to La Mezquita, walk through La Juderia and visiting the most iconic and beautiful patios in Cordoba like La Calleja de Los Flores.
We will have lunch at La Victoria food market (optional).
Rest or play back at the Cortijo in the evening.
Day 5
The Cortijo Experience

We will spent the day in the Cortijo to relax between our city adventures!
Rest, rest, hike, swim, sun bathe, cook, play!
There are lots of walking trails and if you want to go off an a mini solo adventure in the area then today is the perfect day!
Our Andalucian mama (Anne's mother in law) will drop by to show you how she makes some typical dishes such as
In the evening we will visit Anne's family's tiny village and have dinner by the natural waters in one of the cutest places, totally unknown to tourists.
Day 6
The Granada Experience

Early start. Breakfast at the Cortijo.
We will take our private minibus to Granada.
Meet our guide for the day Marta, a local legend who was born and raised in the city.
Marta will show us around her Granada and tell us stories of secret lovers, sultans, rebels, and the history that makes Granada such a stunning soulful city.
We will visit the Alhambra (optional).
We will have lunch locally (optional) and get emotional watching a flamenco show (included) before we head back to the Cortijo for a restful evening.

Welcome to Cortijo Girl Gone International our sun-drenched Andalusian hideaway. Nestled among olive groves and wildflowers in the UNESCO-listed Subbética hills, this traditional farmhouse isn’t just where we’ll sleep - it’s where we’ll belong!
With whitewashed walls, tiled floors and wooden beams, the cortijo is full of rustic charm, cosy shared rooms, and quiet corners for chats or reflection. Wake to slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, swim in the pool, wander nearby whitewashed villages and gather for dinners under the stars -maybe even a little flamenco in your PJs!
Just a short drive from Granada, Córdoba, and Sevilla, this is your chance to live and breathe the Andalusian way, GGI-style.

Bathrooms
There are 7 shared bathrooms. We’ll have a system to keep everyone comfy.
Food
Every meal is a moment - from chilled salmorejo to tapas drizzled with olive oil from Anne’s family grove. Anne’s mother-in-law Kety will even teach us a few beloved dishes. Come hungry for connection, flavour, and a little Andalusian magic.

included 3 pick up time options will be provided to and from Malaga airport. You can be picked up in Malaga too if you want to visit the city before going to the Cortijo (80 minutes drive)

A refundable deposit of £300 secures your spot and supports the event portion of the trip. Full payment is due via at least 30 days before departure. Deposits are refundable only within 72 hours of paying the deposit unless the trip is canceled due to low numbers. This trip is confirmed and you can book your flights. Travel insurance is required.

Our Andalucian House Mama
Kety will be showing us how to make some family favourite dishes! Kety is Anne's mother in law and she will be around the house a lot as she lives close by! After a few vinos she will be having you dance flamenco in your pjs under the stars with her!
Marta
Our Tour Guide in Granada
Granada is her home, storytelling is her gift. Marta is a passionate local guide who brings the city’s soul to life with heart, history and will show us Granada through a Granadina woman's lens!
Anne
Girl Gone International Founder
Originally from Scotland, Anne has lived in 10 countries including Granada where she did her Erasmus year. Anne spends a lot of time just stone's throw from our GGI cortijo so knows the area well and can't wait to show you her 'home from home'!
